При этом СП – это все же риск. Так как до получения товара Вы не можете воочию увидеть, потрогать приобретенную вещь. Но, если правильно понимать возникающие риски на этапе покупки, проблем не возникнет.
В каждой закупке есть организатор. Организатор самостоятельно ведет работу конкретной закупки, по сути, являясь в ней главным.
Как же проходит совместная закупка?
Вы, являясь зарегистрированным пользователем форума СП (приняв все правила участия) выбираете то, что Вам необходимо.
Обязательно внимательно читаете правила той закупки, в которой планируете заказать товар. Общие правила одинаковы для всех закупок, но в каждой закупке есть свои нюансы.
Делаете свой заказ – как это сделать, обязательно прописано в условиях закупки. Обычно это сообщение с заказом в теме закупки либо заказ по специальной форме, ссылка на которую указана в правилах этой закупки.
После заказа Вам необходимо регулярно отслеживать состояние закупки до момента, пока не будет объявлен «СТОП» этой закупки. Стоп – это окончание приема заказов и отправка сформированного заказа поставщику товара. До момента СТОПа можно отказаться от своего заказа. После того, как СТОП уже объявлен, отказаться от заказа уже нельзя, этим Вы подведете и организатора и других участников закупки.
После получения заказа поставщиком, он направляет организатору закупки счет. А организатор в свою очередь уведомляет участников закупки о том, что счет получен и выставляет суммы к оплате, срок и способ оплаты за данный товар.
Вы оплачиваете заказную Вами позицию. Информация о сроках и способе оплате так же всегда указана в первом посте закупки. После оплаты всеми участниками, организатор оплачивает счет поставщику.
После получения товара, организатор разбирает его и сообщает участникам о «Раздачах», т.е. о способе, времени и месте забрать свой заказ. Обычно это указывается в первом сообщении закупки либо организатор направляет информацию участникам закупки в личный ящик на форуме (ПМ).
Бывают случаи, что в закупках не объявляют «СТОП», т.е. набор заказов идет постоянно, а стоп случается для определенного заказа конкретного участника.
В этом случае участнику необходимо регулярно и самостоятельно следить за состоянием его заказа.
